The Bizvinc 6-Phase Process
Every phase is structured, signed off, and documented. We don't move forward until you're confident at each stage.
Discovery & Scoping
Week 1–2Deep-dive into your business processes, pain points, and requirements. We document current state vs. desired future state, define module scope, user count, and create your go-live plan. No assumptions — every requirement is captured and agreed.
System Configuration
Week 2–4Configure Bizvinc ERP to your business — chart of accounts, item masters, workflows, approval hierarchies, and print templates. Your system is built to match how you actually operate, not how we think you should.
Data Migration
Week 3–5Data migration is the most underestimated risk in any ERP project. We provide extraction templates, run a data-cleaning workshop, migrate to a staging environment for validation, then execute the final cut-over with full reconciliation and opening balance verification.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Week 4–6Key users test real business scenarios in your configured system. Every issue raised is resolved and configurations are refined. We do not proceed to go-live until UAT is formally signed off by your team.
Training
Week 5–7Role-specific training for all user types — from data entry staff to management. Training is conducted in your environment, with your actual data. Every training session is tailored to how that role will use the system day-to-day.
Go-Live & Hypercare
Week 6–8Supervised go-live with on-call implementation support. The hypercare period includes daily check-ins until your team is fully independent and confident. We consider the implementation complete only when you do.

Post Go-Live Support
